HOUSING MANAGER (FULL- TIME), the primary function of this position is to provide residential site management operations of the apartment/houses complex. A Housing Manager’s site management duties for the property include conducting inspections and ensuring properties are maintained in a manner consistent with the Housing Authority guidelines, interpreting, explaining and enforcing Housing Authority leasing rules, ability to understand regulations and laws, policies and procedure, multi-tasking skills a must, good public relations abilities, maintaining scheduled office hours to assist tenants and prospective tenants as needed, and performing a variety of duties related to assigned areas of responsibility. Supervision of staff is not a responsibility of this position, although the Housing Manager may be required to assist in the training and orientation of new Housing Authority employees.
Job requirements will include clerical duties, individual counseling, computer skills with software experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and public relations skills.
Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred, or three years related experience.
Must be able to travel out of town occasionally for meetings and training workshops. Excellent benefits for full time position.
Salary Range: $38,000.00 --- $41,000.00 Yearly

INSPECTOR (FULL TIME), to preform and document our initial, annual and special inspection for our Public Housing Program and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program units. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under our fleet auto insurance. Two years’ work experience in housing or building codes or construction. Job requirements will include clerical duties, computer skills with software experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and public relations skills. Certificate in Housing Quality Standards (HQS) or Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) training is a plus.

Salary Range $40,000 to $45,000 yearly
